COALISLAND, CO. TYRONE, NORTHERN IRELAND Following the success of its appearance at this year™s ConExpo in Las Vegas, Nevada where it exceeded all expectations, McCloskey International Ltd. recently hosted the first Global Dealer Convention in Ireland from October 5 to 8. Dealers from all over the world came to see the introduction of McCloskey™s new range of Crushers and the R105, the latest addition to its highly popular screening line, at the company™s plant in Ireland.
Company owner and founder, Paschal McCloskey, was impressed with the turnout and response to their presence at ConExpo. It was a huge success. We were delighted with the amount of interest in our products, the number of dealers who wanted to represent us, the orders received and the continuing growth in demand for our products. This led to our decision to hold the Global Dealer Convention in Ireland.
New product lines unveiled at convention a big hit
McCloskey used the Global Dealer meeting as a launching pad for several new products including the 512 Trommel and R105 screener. But all eyes were focused on the world debuts of the new C50 Jaw Crusher and portable C44 Cone Crusher. With class leading capacity, a 50″ wide jaw, and large stockpile heights as standard, the new C50 Crusher continues to push the boundaries of industry. The C44 Cone Crusher adds to McCloskey™s new full range of portable crushing plants.
The launch of the new crusher range is a natural progression and one welcomed by the industry, according to McCloskey. We can now supply our dealers with a complete solution and be one-stop shopping for our customers in meeting all their crushing, screening and recycling needs. These new products had already secured orders prior to the formal launch, solely based on our past record and the proven performance of existing machines.
Also introduced at the convention were McCloskey™s latest additions to its 512 and 621 range trommels, as well as the newly designed McCloskey 36×80 mobile stacking conveyor. All of these new products received praise from convention attendees.
Dealers recognize McCloskey™s innovative technology

According to Paschal McCloskey, 2008 has been a banner year for McCloskey International, Ltd. and he looks forward to the future with brimming optimism. We attended a very successful ConExpo show where we surprised many with the breadth of our product offering and the first public announcement of our crusher program. Since ConExpo we have signed a significant number of new dealers bringing our total global dealer count to almost 50. We have had a very successful year with our new screeners and the new ST range of stockpiling stackers is receiving a tremendous response in the marketplace. Now with the resounding success of our Premier Global Dealer Convention, we expect 2009 to be another momentous year for us.
