John Deere Introduces New Hydraulic Hammer Exclusively For Backhoe Loaders

Updated Sep 28, 2010

John Deere has expanded its line of hydraulic hammers, introducing the first model exclusively designed for backhoe loaders the new Worksite Pro HH100 Hydraulic Hammer.

The HH100 delivers 1,200 lbs.-ft of impact energy and features a compact design that makes it easy for operators to see what they’re breaking.

“The hammer’s slim shape also allows entry into narrow places and gives operators the ability to work closer to objects,” said Doug Laufenberg, John Deere’s Product Marketing Manager, Attachments. “And with its long-stroke piston and low-pressure, nitrogen-charged design, the HH100 provides consistent power to get the job done with minimum recoil.”

Like all John Deere Worksite Pro hammers, the new HH100 also employs a “gas assist” cycle to aid the hydraulics and produce more firing power.

With few seals and only two moving parts, the piston and the main valve, the HH100 can be easily field serviced, leading to more uptime.

The new Worksite Pro HH100 Hydraulic Hammer is designed to bring optimum performance to the John Deere 310E, 310G, 310J, 310SE, 310SG, 310SJ, 410E, 410G and 410J backhoe loaders.
