TEREX PS6000 SITE DUMPER INCREASES CYCLE TIMES IN ANY TERRAIN

The Terex versatile and dependable PS6000 site dumper increases cycle times for contractors working in any terrain. Developed to increase onsite productivity with its 4WD, power swivel articulating capabilities the PS6000 is a cost effective solution to move material around the jobsite more efficiently.


 


From cramped construction sites and rough terrain to routine utility, landscaping, agricultural and rental applications, the Terex PS6000 is designed to give the operator exceptional visibility for moving any material ” dirt, clay, sand, stone, concrete, fertilizer and more.


 


Built to the same high standards as Terex™s renowned power tip models, the power swivel (PS) models, including the PS6000, offer added versatility by allowing loads to be rotated 180 degrees from side to side and tipped to accurately place a load. This added benefit makes the PS6000 ideal for efficient backfilling of trenches as well as providing more loading and dumping options when working in confined spaces. The PS6000 can be performance-matched with compact excavators, full-size excavators, backhoes and wheel loaders for maximum jobsite utilization and productivity.


 


Using a 4-speed powershift transmission with four speeds forward and four speeds reverse, the PS6000 has a travel speed of 17 miles per hour. It offers a turning radius of 18 ft. 8 in., a heap capacity of 4.6 yd3 and a payload capacity of 13,228 lbs. The Perkins 1004-4 diesel engine is rated at 83 hp @ 2,200 rpm and meets all Tier 2 emission requirements. The PS6000 offers excellent jobsite performance due to high ground clearance, 15 in., and flotation tires, 405/70×20 14PR.
