The ergonomically-designed 300SR receiver weighs only five pounds (2.3 kg) and is balanced for easy handling throughout long work cycles. Controls are operator friendly, and backlit display enhances visibility in low light conditions. Its best-in-class depth estimation of 15 feet (4.6 m) and multiple antennas offer greater application-to-application versatility. The receiver operates up to 40 hours on six C-cell batteries. A cost-saving battery saver feature automatically shuts the unit off after five minutes of inactivity. This unit also has passive, power and radio frequencies.
The 300ST transmitter has a choice of two active line frequencies ” 8 kHz or 29 kHz ” that can be selected at the time of purchase. This allows the operator to choose a frequency that meets his or her specific job requirements. It also simplifies the unit™s design, which contributes to its reliability. The transmitter operates up to 150 hours on six D-cell batteries.
