WACKER introduces rebar cutters

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin WACKER™s new series of rebar cutters is a natural addition to its complete line of concrete products.  These new models offer efficient and easy cutting and bending of reinforced steel bars.  The cost per cut is lower when using electric-hydraulic equipment than it is when using alternative cutting techniques, plus the operator is not exposed to noise, flames or sparks.  WACKER™s new rebar cutters off clean and quick cuts for applications with different rebar diameters bringing versatility and high productivity to any job site.


 


The new models in the rebar cutter series feature a durable design to withstand extreme loads.  The unique design makes them ideal for many applications on jobsites where portability and flexibility are necessary.  The electric-hydraulic machines offer fast cutting of reinforcing steel bars providing efficient results and quiet operation.


 


Five premium, the RCP-12, RCP-16, RCP-20, RCP-25 and RCP-32 models, and three economy models, RCE-16, RCE-20 and RCE-25 are available for a total of eight models capable of cutting rebar from .5-inches (12mm) to 1.25-inches (32mm) in diameter. The patented RCP-20 and RCP-25 cutters feature an interchangeable head mechanism and have been designed for versatile applications when cutting and bending.   The RCP-12 and RCP-16 feature a unique handle design that offers maximum ergonomics and cutting efficiency for many applications.
