LINCOLN ELECTRIC™S EXCALIBUR® PROVIDESINDUSTRY™S LEADING LINE OF LOW HYDROGEN MANUAL ELECTRODES

Cleveland The Lincoln Electric Company™s Excalibur® electrode consistently outperforms the competition with its performance and lives up to its reputation as the industry™s premium line of low hydrogen manual electrodes.

Beyond the offer of a clean weld, the Excalibur stick electrode line has several features separating it from other brands. It is known for consistent starting, quick puddle creation and reduced porosity. A unique slag system results in great puddle control and clarity. Coating burn off is uniform and ideal for jobs that require steep rod angles on out-of-position welds. Excellent tie-ins eliminate undercutting, reducing grinding and slag inclusions, which results in higher quality welds.

This product is typically applied to structural steel and bridges or welding of piping, fittings and tie-ins in the petrochemical and power generation industries. Excalibur allows all-position welding of mild steels, and some high strength, low alloy steels. The product also tolerates steels with poor weldability, such as high sulfur and high silicon steels

Excalibur stick electrodes offer users increased quality, productivity and reduced costs.  High deposition rates, low spatter levels, easy slag removal and excellent tie-ins ensure consistent performance over other brands, which results in less rework and clean up, allowing for more time spent welding. Additionally, all Excalibur products are manufactured to ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. The line also conforms to AWS, ASME, ABS, Lloyds, DNV, BV, GL and CSA specifications.
