The rotating laser provides digital versatility for a wide range of applications. For transferring and checking reference heights, setting slope, leveling formwork for decks and excavations, measuring and leveling for building construction, pouring concrete and much more, the PRE 3™s accurate Pulse Power technology readings and single-button operation increase productivity.
Setup is quick, too. The PRE 3 has a self-leveling range of plus-or-minus five degrees, and the digital readings provide a precise visual confirmation of how much the reading is above or below the desired level. When using the optional tripod, the PRE 3 attaches quickly with an easy-to-use self-locking mechanism.
The tripod is one of many PRE 3 accessories that save time and increase versatility. By mounting the PRE 3 on the tripod and using the portable receiver, a single operator can cover a lot of territory. Also available is a holder for the laser receiver, a slope adapter that aids in setting the PRE 3 to inclinations up to 60°, spare battery packs, a main charger and a car battery charger.

Even with Hilti™s built-in protection features, precision instruments can be affected over time by everyday use and more.
