The unit runs wire from .023 inch to .045 inch diameter and has a wire feed speed range between 90 and 750 IPM. The IronMan 250 welds 22 gauge (.030 in.) to 1/2 inch thick (amperage range of 30 to 250 amps), making it most appropriate for the auto body repair, light fabrication and farm/ranch markets. For optimized aluminum welding, add the Olympic 30A spool gun and module.
