In an effort to help contractors boost equipment uptime, Case Construction Equipment is expanding its toll-free customer assistance hotline. Beginning February 1, the hotline will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for models of Case crawler dozers, large excavators, motor graders, large wheel loaders, articulated trucks, skid steers, compact track loaders and compaction equipment. The hotline will be answered by a Case representative between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday. Beginning April 1, Sunday will be added. A machine will answer calls between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The customer support team is available to respond to customer emergencies and service issues as well as basic customer inquiries such as locating the nearest Case dealer. To contact the Case assistance program, dial 1-866-54CASE6.
