Midwest Rake Company purchased Northstar Tools, which operates out of Temecula, California. The acquisition was effective December 22, 2008. Northstar will continue all operations at its California location, and its brand identity will continue. Midwest Rake Company is headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana.
