EasyPro Pond Products in Grant, Michigan, has acquired PondEco Aquatic Systems of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Both companies manufacture pond skimmers, filters, waterfall spillways and other molded products. EasyPro’s current line includes contractor-oriented products, while PondEco’s line comprises more do-it-yourself products. The acquisition will give EasyPro a fuller range of pond products.
The Oklahoma operation was moved to Michigan in October 2008. EasyPro added a new 20,000 square foot warehouse to accommodate the transition. All manufacturing, assembly and packing for both lines will take place at the new facility. EasyPro will market its existing line under the new name Pro-Series, and the PondEco line will be called Eco-Series.
