The 2009 Kioti Tractor dealer meeting was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, Feb. 22-24. The meeting focused on sales training and providing dealers with information to help them maneuver through the current economic situation. Despite several companies limiting travel budgets, Kioti’s meeting noted record attendance.
During the three-day meeting, attendees were introduced to new products and a new sales incentive program. Bob Clements presented a program on “Developing a High Performance Dealership,” and Jim Falk of Agricredit spoke on “Principles of Selling.”
Kioti took meeting attendees to the company’s headquarters in Wendell, North Carolina, for a tour of the building and to meet Kioti personnel. After the tour, Kioti held its annual awards dinner.
In 2008, the company started its 5-Paw Dealer Program that recognizes dealers who qualify in the five areas of sales, parts and service, customer satisfaction score, issue resolution and facility appearance. In addition to the 5-Paw dealers, Kioti recognized the 2008 million dollar dealers, most improved dealer and top new dealer at the banquet.
