KIOTI has hired David Pettus to join the product support team for the company. Pettus will aid KIOTI in handling technical support and warranty claims via telephone for its Wendell, North Carolina, corporate office.
Pettus’ career includes more than 20 years of experience technical support and service sectors. In addition to his duties with technical support, he will also oversee the company’s four-year, Full-Fleet Warranty for dealers in Utah, Colorado, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.
