Color changing LEDs enhance steps
Bulbrite has added new color changing LED step lights to its original line. The Color Changing LED Step Lights Kits contain 10 lights in white, red, green, violet and more; 12-volt, plug-in transformer; and 30-unit expansion option. The LED step lights use minimal energy at .02 watts, last 55,000 hours and have an IP-66 rating. Lights display in four modes: flow, pause, sound and ice.
Heavy-duty trailer hauls small equipment
The LT1016 tilt trailer from Landoll carries up to 10,000 pounds, useful for toting skid steers and other construction equipment. It comes with a 16-foot loading deck, 6,000-pound torflex axles, 14-gauge formed fenders, 235/80R 16LR E tires and electric brakes. It’s made from a 6-inch channel main frame and 4-inch junior I-beam crossmembers and tilts smoothly on a cushion cylinder.

JCB has improved the 3CX and 4CX backhoe loader models to give operators complete control over unit speed, thanks to the new EasyControl seat-mounted servo control system which takes the valve block from flow-sharing to full-flow status instantly. The system also switches the hydraulic circuit between closed and open circuit modes so hydraulic power is quickly harnessed. A composite material fuel tank resists impact and rust build-up for fuel efficiency and improved maintenance.
3D landscape model software adds visual punch
The VizTerra interactive 3D landscape design software renders landscaping, hardscaping, water features, fire pits, curbing, outdoor kitchens and more. Professionals can show customers a true-to-life representation of the finished product, even at different times of day with its real-time setting. More than 2,000 industry standard symbols mark plant varieties and containers. The software also offers free technical support, software updates and online training.
Cut deeper with reinforced chain saw
CS Unitec has paired its CS 536163-2 air saw with the new AirFORCE F4 Diamond Chain, upping its cutting capability. The improved chains have larger diamond segments, 50-percent more tensile strength, and improved lubrication systems for optimum lifespan. The saw cuts through 15 inches of concrete, stone and other masonry matter, and handles square corners and irregular shapes up to 14 inches deep. It’s powered by a 6.5-horsepower air motor and runs at 90 psi.

Cintas’ new rentable Women’s Comfort Pant is an alternative for women in a variety of industries whose only option is a modified men’s uniform pant. The retail-inspired line has been designed for a woman’s shape and preferred style. The pant is made with 11 percent stretch. Details include a mid-rise waistline, flat front, straight leg cut and flattering high angle pockets.

The Brush OX brush cutter from Brown cuts up to 21/2 inches of brush, grass, weeds and brushwood. It’s operated by a Honda GX 390 electric start engine and comes equipped with a hydro gear transaxle with infinite speed control. The Quadro Cut brush cutting blade system has a stump jumper and cuts sizable 26-inch-wide paths at 129 blade strikes per second.
Precision digging with earth auger
Premier Auger offers the H015PD model in its range of earth auger drive units, which attaches to any machine from skid loaders to digger derricks. Bri-Mar has modified the lights, hydraulics and brakes of its on-road dump trailer line to offer the off-road AG-510 Series. Designed for off-road jobsites like parks and cemeteries, it features a 5-foot x 10-foot bed and 4-inch dump cylinder, creating a 45-degree dumping angle. Choose between a 5,000-pound GVWR single axle or 10,000-pound GVWR walking beam suspension. The models are fortified with 10-gauge steel floors and 12-gauge steel walls.
The M-series lightens up
Bobcat’s redesigned compact excavator line, the M-Series, has less bulk and more upgrades. Each uses an X-frame undercarriage for swifter cleanup, angle blade for quicker backfills and an auto-shift travel mode. The Auto-Idle function conserves fuel, while the quieter engine, exhaust, pump and valve systems and air intake lessen the overall noise by 50 percent. The series features the E32 conventional tailswing, E35 zero-tailswing and E80 large weight class models.
