Updated Feb 19, 2013

The San Francisco and East Bay chapters of The California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) recognized Jensen for their continued success in landscape installation and maintenance at the 38th Annual Achievement Awards. Three subsidiaries were honored by the CLCA for their distinct properties throughout the Bay Area at the June 4 event.

Jensen Corporation (JC) was given two awards; First Place for Large Commercial Installation for its work at the Presidio Landmark in San Francisco and the Achievement Award for its Large Commercial Installation work at Costco in Hayward.

Jensen Landscape and Construction Company (JLCC) was recognized with four awards.  JLCC took home two First Place awards; Large Residential Maintenance and Estate Residential Installation categories for the Hillsborough Residence and Woodside Residence projects, respectively.  Also, JLCC was honored with a Sweepstake Award for Landscape Maintenance for another Woodside Residence and the coveted “Landscape Sweepstake Award” for the best project overall for the installation of a Los Altos Hills Residence.

Jensen Landscape Services (JLS) was honored by the CLCA’s East Bay Chapter with the Sweepstakes Award in the Small Commercial Maintenance category for its Costco Hayward property.

For years, Jensen has been a recipient of numerous landscape construction and maintenance achievement awards.  This year was no different with Jensen taking home a total of seven awards.

Since the early 1950s the CLCA has encouraged interest in landscaping and bestowed public recognition on companies, institutions, municipalities and residents for their interest in a beautiful California.  More information about the CLCA Awards can be found at
