Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) has announced a special discount program for attendees of the Green Industry & Equipment Expo, to be held October 25-27, 2012 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, KY.

GIE+EXPO attendees who visit Mitsubishi Fuso’s Booth (#5176) and have their GIE+EXPO badge scanned will be eligible to receive a $500 discount off the purchase price of a new FUSO Canter at any authorized Mitsubishi Fuso dealer in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico.*

Canter FE and FG Series medium-duty cabovers are particularly well adapted to landscaping, hardscaping and nursery use. And all are designed to offer lower cost-of-ownership.

Independent third-party testing has shown the Canter’s fuel economy to be more than 8% better than its prime competitor. Its 18,000-mile service interval saves both time and money, and a unique frame design allows quick and easy mounting of a wide variety of landscaping body styles, while helping to give the Canter a payload advantage of up to 2,200 lb. over other medium-duty trucks. Finally, all Canters are covered by an industry-exclusive warranty package that includes a 3-year/unlimited mileage bumper-to-bumper warranty plus a 5-year/175,000-mile powertrain limited warranty, making the FUSO Canter the best protected commercial work trucks on the market.

Models to be shown at the GIE+EXPO (booth 5176): a 2013 Canter FE160 Crew Cab with open landscape body, a 2012 Canter FE160 standard cab with stake body and a 2012 Canter FG4x4 with dumping flatbed and snow plow.

To help truck buyers determine their own cost-of-ownership, the company has developed an interactive cost calculator, available by visiting mitfuso.com.

*One offer per business entity, good for the purchase of up to 10 new FUSO Canter trucks. Expires 12/31/2012.
