About 120 entries were recognized at the PLANET Green Industry Conference for the 43rd annual 2012 Environmental and Improvement Awards.

The EIA program acknowledges interiorscape, landscape, and lawn care professionals who design and create superior projects and work to preserve landscapes.
“The award-winning work represents the best in residential and commercial landscape design and execution,” said Awards Subcommittee Chair Will Spiegelberg, Landscape Industry Certified Manager.
Of the 123 entries, 41 were Grand, 53 were Merit and 29 were Recognition awards.
Four of the 123 entries were selected for the Judges Award, which was announced at the awards reception at the conference.
