The new skid steers are made by Terex under a partnership they and Takeuchi announced in late October 2012. The new skid steers are Takeuchi-branded and, Takeuchi will handle sales, rental and parts supply, as well as customer support for the new skid steer loaders.
The TS Series is available with radical or vertical lift paths and a two-speed transmission for travel speeds up to 12 mph.
Features include pilot-operated joystick controls, boom float with detent, mechanical attachment coupler, pressure releasing hydraulic quick connects, one piece main frame, front and rear work lights, 12-volt outlet, top-view window, rear window and back-up alarm.
Available options include pressurized cab, heat, air conditioning, AM/FM/MP3/Weather Band radio, hydraulic quick attach, block heater and several attachments including over-the-tire tracks.
The TS Series offers attachments for a variety of applications such as snow removal, trenching, lifting and compaction.
