The new 17,300-square-foot dealership will house the YES JCB division for sales, parts, service and rentals and the Yale Fork Lift sales, service parts and rentals.
Construction of the new building will begin on May 13 with an anticipated completion date of Sept. 1 of this year.
YES JCB has been in the Madison area with eight employees, and the company hopes to hire at least four more people to staff the larger facility.
