According to the recall, the mower’s blade can break and injure the user and others nearby.
Users should immediately stop using the product and contact Exmark for a free repair.
The recall affects approximately 6,900 mowers in the United States and Canada and involves the 2013 Exmark Commercial 30-inch Walk-Behind Mower, model ECKA30 and serial numbers ranging from 313605897 to 313660824.
There have been no injuries or incidents reported. However, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is interested in receiving incident or injury reports that are directly related to the product recall.
