Galcon Acquires Cyber Rain

Galcon has acquired Cyber Rain.

Cyber Rain specializes in weather-based smart irrigation systems for residential and commercial landscape applications.

Cyber Rain Smart ET solution will work in conjunction with Galcon’s Smart Irrigation (GSI) solution.

Because of the consolidation, the company can provide both web and cellular cloud based solutions.

Cyber Rain will become a part of Galcon USA, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Galcon and will continue to market products under the Cyber Rain brand name. Galcon USA will maintain its headquarters in California.
