Swingle Acquires Nitro Green Lawn & Tree Care of Boulder County

Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care has acquired the lawn and tree care customers from Nitro Green Lawn & Tree Care of Boulder County (dba Schneider and Son’s).

The move comes as Swingle continues to expand its footprint along the Colorado Front Range as part of a planned expansion including opening a new branch in the area.

The company has existing branches in Denver and Fort Collins.

The branch is planned to open and fully operate by mid-2014. Swingle’s preparation strategy includes resource acquisition, capital expenditures and possibly additional acquisitions.
