Photo: ABC7A landscaper was seriously injured after getting hit by a forklift in Florida.
The crewmember was working in a construction zone of Interstate 75 placing sod when the forklift approached, according to ABC7.
According to authorities, the worker was on foot, and when he bent down to pick something up, the forklift hit him.
The worker was knocked to the ground and his leg was hit by the forklift’s tire.
He was flown by helicopter to a local hospital and is said to be in serious condition.
