Brickman, ValleyCrest Announce Future Name, Logo of Combined Organization

Bright View Tm RgbAfter the announcement of the Brickman Group acquiring ValleyCrest Companies back in the spring, the two companies have rebranded into one entity.

The companies announced BrightView as the future name of their combined organization.

This is the next step in the $2 billion landscape services firm and its 22,000 employees.

Brickman officially acquired ValleyCrest on June 30 and had projected transaction valued at approximately $1 billion.

The companies decided to use the name BrightView since it suggests bright views or beautiful landscapes. Additionally, the name speaks to the bright view of the organization.

Although announced, the new name and logo will not be used in operations until mid-2015.

In the interim, both Brickman and ValleyCrest brands will continue to be used in the marketplace.
