One North Carolina landscaping company is facing a string of bad luck after it was the target of a second arson and vandalism crime.

Police are investigating the latest incident after they received a call saying the building was on fire, according to The Outer Banks Voice.

Firefighters were able to control the fire in about a half hour, and no injuries were reported.

However, one side of the building was heavily damaged, including two vehicles and a chipper. The other half suffered a great deal of smoke damage.

A truck and trailer outside of the building were also vandalized and had slashed tires.

The landscaping company experienced a similar incident back in November of last year at a separate location.
