Adding to its landscape design software lineup, Drafix Software released PRO Landscape Version 21.
With the release of Version 21, PRO Landscape is entering its third decade of providing design software for professionals.
Some of the Version 21 updates include:
Expanded image library
Version 21 of PRO Landscape now contains more than 13,000 quality images. The updated Version 21 library contains new plant material for all climate zones, hardscapes, water features, lighting and more.
Enhanced plant information
In addition to the detailed information for every plant in the PRO Landscape library, there are now new attributes to help users find and use plants that are deer resistant and drought tolerant.
Direct export from CAD to PDF
Users can now save drawings as a scaled PDF file. An export command creates a file you can email to your customers or to your local print shop.
Additional color CAD options
Two new color render modes have been added to PRO Landscape. New pencil sketch and blended watercolor symbols and patterns now give designers a total of eight pre‐set color render modes to choose from to create color CAD drawings.
More step and deck commands
Version 21 includes new commands for drawing steps and decks. Users can create their own shapes and set their board or step spacing.
Additional features
PRO Landscape Version 21 also includes features such as an enhanced edit menu, new auto‐save feature, new legend options, improved backup utility, new symbol array offset tool and new update check tool.
