The new John Deere 3E series features a foldable ROPS, higher back seat

Overall

John Deere has updated their 3E Series compact utility tractor line – the 3032E and 3038E.

The major update for these machines is the Tier 4 Final compliant engines, delivering 31.1 and 37.3 horsepower, respectively. The four-wheel-drive machines feature hydrostatic transmission. The exhaust has been moved from the top of the compact utility tractor to a location parallel to the ground.

Cab features include easy-to-operate Twin Touch pedals and color-coded controls – orange for throttle and shifting, black for hydraulics and yellow for power take-off. A seat with a higher back ensures operator comfort. The standard rollover protection structure (ROPS) is foldable to allow the machine to fit in sheds and garages.

Optional equipment includes cruise control, a loader option and a Quick-Hitch that improves attachment hooking and unhooking speeds.
