ProParts Direct has launched a new website aimed at making equipment and parts ordering easier for landscape professionals.
“Eighteen months ago, we decided to scrap our ecommerce site in favor of a modern, customized design,” says Steve Hebert, ProParts Digital Marketing Director. “Every element of our new website was built to make the user experience unlike anything else online.”
Website improvements include a mobile-friendly design that allows users to find and order parts from a mobile phone or tablet while in the field; a “Quick Order” tool; and a feature that allows commercial accounts to receive discounted pricing based on past buying history, eliminating the need to find coupons or call for discounts.
The website also features an option to buy aftermarket parts when they are available. “The choice to get original vs save money with aftermarket is a powerful option for customers looking to evaluate all options for parts,” Hebert says.
New Hampshire-based ProParts has served the lawn industry for more than 75 years, and has been producing a parts catalog for commercial landscapers for more than 20 years.
