Ditch Witch has introduced a new line of walk-behind trenchers, its C Series and CX Series.

The CX Series trenchers are equipped with a new patent pending CX Track system, a design that includes a shorter left track and longer right track. Ditch Witch says the CX Track system not only provides better traction but also a shorter overall length, enhancing the machine’s maneuverability in tight spaces.

The C Series trenchers feature an exclusive, offset rear-tire design, which delivers balanced traction and stability, according to the manufacturer.

Ditch Witch, a Charles Machine Works company, says its new trenchers’ compact design improves productivity by creating greater visibility of the workstation, while re-designed, ergonomic controls increase the machine’s responsiveness.

Ditch Witch says the new trenchers also allow for simple access to machine components, simplifying maintenance.

The six models – including the C12, C14, C16, C16X, C24X and the C30X trenchers – dig at depths between 24 inches and 48 inches.
