Irrigation Association deadline nears for booth-space contracts

Although the 2016 Irrigation Show & Education Conference won’t happen until December, your chances of getting the booth space you prefer – instead of simply a first-come, first-served assignment – requires submitting a booth-space contract by March 31.

This year’s IA show is set for Dec. 5-9 in Las Vegas and will be co-located with the National Groundwater Association, creating one of the largest irrigation exhibitions ever.

The Exhibitor Prospectus, which contains all the information companies will need in order to reserve space at the show, is now available.

Given the co-location with the National Groundwater Association, IA expects total attendance to range from 8,000 to 10,000. More than 600 exhibitors will have their products and services on display.

The organization reminds its members that getting booth contracts and deposits in by March 31 “will not only earn you a discount, but will also place you on the early booth selection list.”
