Southern California landscape contractor Heaviland Landscape Management recently negotiated a deal with Landscape Plus to acquire a number of contracts from the company. The deal came as Landscape Plus closed its business.
In addition, the statement said, the purchase enabled Landscape Plus to transition its clients smoothly as the business shut down.
