Cub Cadet launched its PRO HW hydro walk-behind mower, and the company says this mower features a fixed floating 10-gauge deck design with 7-gauge steel top and bottom reinforcements. They are available in 36, 48 and 54-inch cutting widths.

Cub Cadet says the new sealed spindle assemblies with single-row ball bearings are maintenance-free for the life of the spindle.

The company says the Easy-Trac Steering Technology provides smooth steering with hand lever controls that require less force to steer, along with single-lever cruise control and straight-line adjustable tracking with finger-tip control.

The company says it also provides stability on hillsides and slopes while the infinite speed control matches user preference.

Including thick steel yokes and beam and control center, Cub Cadet says the design also includes a fully welded front axle that provides increased stress tolerance. Cub Cadet says that the higher clearance and weight balance allow professionals to easily maneuver forward or reverse over curbs.

FastAttach blade system

Cub Cadet has introduced its new FastAttach blade technology that the company says allows users to change blades faster and easier than ever before. With no tools, Cub Cadet says that users can remove dull blades and install a sharp, new blade in just minutes.

Tested for safety and security, Cub Cadet says it performed thousands of hours of testing to ensure the system and blades meet safety and compliance standards.

Also featuring Secure-Lok technology, the company says FastAttach ensures the blades are in their proper position and securely stay in place until the next blade change.

Available on select 2018 Cub Cadet models, these units come standard with FastAttach High-lift bagging blades. The company also offers additional FastAttach blade options.

The company says that the FastAttach Xtreme Mulching blade recycles grass to make finer clippings, and Cub Cadet says that the FastAttach Sand blades last up to three times longer than standard high-lift blades in sandy conditions.

“We design all elements of our commercial line with the professional in mind,” said Dave Mullen, VP product marketing, Cub Cadet. “We then put these products through rigorous testing with professionals, so they can tell us how we can improve. The result is a rugged, quality, dependable lineup that exceeds expectations of the pros who rely on the performance of these products every day.”

Infinicut

Cub Cadet says that Infinicut brings enhanced performance to sports turf by adjusting to various conditions. The line of precision turf mowers, the company says, is designed for user-adjustment to fit the specific field needs based on the latest conditions of the day.

Cub Cadet says that with its return floating head mechanism, variable clip speed, movable bedknife, swappable dual power sources and height of cut adjustment, Infinicut provides more functionality than any other turf mower.

In battery mode, Cub Cadet says that it is so cost effective that it can largely pay for itself through annual fuel savings alone. The company says it can also convert to gas powered if preferred.

Cub Cadet says the hybrid configuration improves fuel efficiency while the battery drive reduces noise, and it is available in 21”, 22”, 26”, 30” and 34” widths.
