Case Construction Equipment has introduced a new fluid testing product, the 4-in-1 “Systemgard” Fluid Analysis Kit.
The preventive maintenance tool provides a picture of fluid and internal system conditions without users’ having to dissemble the machine.
Case says the new product monitors system cleanliness and filtration efficiency. Doing so, the company says, helps extend the life of the machine and reduce replacement costs. It also helps ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
The four fluid tests that come in the pack are:
- Engine oil analysis
- Coolant analysis
- Transmission/Hydraulic oil analysis
- Diesel fuel analysis
The fluid analysis identifies dirt, wear particles, fuel dilution and coolant-contaminants that can cause catastrophic failure or shorten equipment life.
The testing and analysis included in the kit ensures that units are up, running and staying efficient. It also provides sampling histories that can justify higher equipment resale values.
Systemgard labs are ISO 17025 A2LA accredited – the highest level of quality attainable by a testing lab.
Each test report provides severity codes and troubleshooting recommendations, while severe findings are communicated immediately via e-mail or fax.
