What are some of the mistakes you’ve seen landscapers make?
Using machines that are under-rated for the application at hand. This occurs primarily because companies grow and sometimes expand to larger jobs that require a machine with more lifting or digging power. Also, landscapers sometimes do not use the appropriate attachments available that would make the job easier.

Caterpillar dealer salesmen provide machine operation training at the point of sale as well as after-sale for our customers in the landscaping industry. Caterpillar dealerships also have the capabilities to provide parts support programs to customers who are interested in stocking service parts at their locations.
What advantages do you feel you hold over your competitors?
