A winning combination of sales growth and an entrepreneurial staff dedicated to serving customers contributed to Edmonton Kenworth PacLease and Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas earning PACCAR Leasing Company’s North American Franchise of the Year Awards.
PACCAR Leasing Company (PacLease) recently presented the awards to Edmonton Kenworth PacLease and Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas. The awards recognize the top Peterbilt and Kenworth PacLease locations for success in sales and for the effort employees put forth to deliver products and services that meet and exceed customer needs.
“As a PacLease franchise it is of paramount importance that we hold ourselves to a higher standard commensurate with the industry leading quality of the Kenworth and PACCAR brands,” said Jim Callaway general manager of Edmonton Kenworth PacLease. “2009 was a challenging year for everyone and we were able to make it successful through the diligent efforts of our employees.”

The standards evaluate PacLease locations in key functional business areas based on quality performance.”
