Peach Tree Landscapes has more than 100 employees that serve the Nashville area and surrounding middle Tennessee counties.
The company provides landscape maintenance and design-build services to office, retail, industrial, multi-family and high-end residential clients.
This is the fourth acquisition made by LUSA Holdings in four years, which will give them operations in six states.
LUSA Holdings now operates businesses in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, Florida and now Tennessee.
