The system, collectiveFleet 6, is engineered to adapt to a variety of fleets without custom programming. The release expands on that flexibility.
Along with other upgrades, version 6 extends configurability to the role of inspections.
In collectiveFleet 6, a fleet can set up a new inspection by typing into a field, then selecting among existing items to be inspected – components of a vehicle, for example. The fleet can also create custom items of almost any kind.
Beyond configurable inspections, collectiveFleet 6 updates include extended status descriptions, a simplified tire tracking process, pre-defined parts and labor categories, and a simple, illuminating way to budget for vehicle replacement.
