Spring-Green Lawn Care to Plant 10,000 Trees in 2014

In honor of Arbor Day, Spring-Green Lawn Care has teamed up with the Arbor Day Foundation for a fifth year to plant a minimum of 10,000 trees throughout 2014.

The initiative is to increase awareness for tree care programs across the country.

“It’s a privilege to be involved with such an incredible organization as The Arbor Day Foundation,” says Ted Hofer, Spring-Green Lawn Care’s CEO. “Spring-Green truly believes in their mission and we will continue to do our part to replant our nation’s forests.”

Individuals can donate a tree for $1 by visiting the Arbor Day Foundation’s site.

Once a donation is made, volunteers will plant trees in areas that have been damaged by wildfire, insects or disease.

Spring-Green will also be donating an additional tree for every new like received on Facebook.
