Unlikely Suspect Steals Landscaper’s Lunch

A Colorado landscape crew came in contact with a lunch-stealing bear — and his name wasn’t Yogi.

While a Front Range Arborists crew was working, a bear climbed through the open window of their truck and ate two of their turkey sandwiches.

“That’s kinda the running joke around the shop is that he ate your mom’s sandwich,” says Jason Sharp of Front Range Arborists to WWMT-TV.

After he enjoyed his lunch, the bear climbed back out and walked away on his own.

The lesson here: Roll up your windows when you’re away from the truck. Even if you don’t live near bears, any one could help themselves to what’s in the vehicle.
