Billy Goat Industries has introduced a hydrostatic drive 30-inch reciprocating aerator.
The aerator features a Variable Aeration Density, in-ground turning and FlexTech arms.
Featuring a width of 30 inches and a speed of up to 4.3 mph, the AE1300H can complete a quarter acre of aerations in approximately 15 minutes.
With the VAD, the machine creates two to 10 times more holes.
The FlexTech arms provide flexible limb reciprocating action, which helps drive plug depths up to two times more, even in dry soil.
Operators will find the aerator is equipped with in-ground steering, so there is no lifting to make turns.
Hydro-drive controls allow feathering the speed in both forward and reverse.
Powered by a 390cc Honda engine, the aerator includes eight tines to service.
In addition to introducing an aerator to its lineup, Billy Goat has completed an acquisition of the Plugr brand of aerators from SourceOne.
Customers may now choose from the 19-inch walk-behind and 48-, 72-inch tow-behind drum aerators, the 18- and 25-inch mechanical reciprocating aerators, and the 30-inch hydrostatic reciprocating aerator.
Additionally, Billy Goat has acquired the expandable 36-, 48-, and 60-inch tow- behind drum aerator and the 500-pound capacity loading ramps.
