Amid Dixie Chopper’s military-themed campaign, “Chopper Army”, at GIE+EXPO in Louisville last week, the company debuted two mowers to its 2015 lineup.

Img 4233The Pursuit walk-behind comes standard with an 18-horsepower Briggs and Stratton engine and includes 32-, 36- and 44-inch deck options.

Additionally, the Pursuit features single and dual hydro options and can reach up to 7 mph.

The Stryker stand-on mower features a 26-horsepower Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine with 48- and 54-inch deck options.

The mower’s operator platform can be flipped to be used as a conventional walk-behind.

The company also showcased updates to its existing XCaliber and Classic series zero-turn mowers.

For 2015, the Classic series will offer 27-, 31- and 35-horsepower Kawasaki FX; 34 horsepower Kohler EFI and 36-horsepower Vanguard engine options (depending on deck size).

Updates to the commercial lines also include a new deck lift system and increased ground speed of 13 miles per hour.

The company’s military theme included indoor and outdoor booths that featured a Bell 407 helicopter, an armored vehicle, a mower parachuting in from above and a live bald eagle.
