JDLandscapes_gy_4c_h-for-emailJohn Deere Landscapes has acquired Shemin Landscape Supply.

Executives hope this will expand their reach in the green industry and gain more expertise in nursery stock and landscaping products that Connecticut-based Shemin provides. Shemin has 29 locations in 14 states.

“We are very excited about the possibilities putting these two businesses together,” says Doug Black, John Deere Landscapes CEO. “The addition of Shemin Landscape Supply allows John Deere Landscapes to increase our presence in multiple markets including the northeast, southeast, midwest and Texas.”

The acquisition will be completed at the end of the month.
