Rugby Manufacturing says its new HD Rancher Body is ideal for professional landscapers, as well as heavy-duty construction and oil-field operations. A wholly owned subsidiary of Truck Bodies & Equipment, Rugby says the HD Rancher Body was designed for maximum durability and offers a number of enhancements from previous models, including an upgraded three-sixteenth inch tread-plate floor, 7-gauge formed crossmembers with 12-inch spacing, 12-gauge bulkhead sheet and a three-eighth inch tie-down rail.
The HD Rancher is also available with a B&W “Turnoverball” Gooseneck Hitch, enabling a flat surface design with no cutouts in the floor. Five models of the new Rugby HD Rancher are available, ranging in length from 9 feet 3 inches to 12 feet.
Each is backed by a three-year warranty, according to the Rugby, North Dakota-based company.
