It was recently announced that Michael Maravich, graduate of the Turfgrass Management program at Ohio State 
This role was previously held by George Furrer; he was recently named the chief executive officer of United Turf Alliance (UTA). Maravich will be based out of La Quinta, California.
The company says that Maravich brings strong turf and ornamental sales and marketing experience to the table. He most recently served as the director of strategic sourcing and category management for Primera Inc. In his new position with SipcamRotam, Maravich will oversee the specialty business, which is comprised of ornamental, turf and material preservation business segments.
“I am delighted to have Michael join the leadership team; he is a great fit for the company and will bring the right combination of experience, enthusiasm and entrepreneurship,” said Adam Burnhams, general manager of SipcamRotam.
