With the addition of the C237 model, New Holland Construction has expanded its lineup of compact track loaders.
The company says that this new model is ready for any construction site, rental yard or farm, and New Holland adds that the vertical lift C237 model will hold fast to steep slopes and move easily through various terrains.
To help add more productivity, New Holland says the C237 can lift more without the need to worry about diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
“Our customers told us that while the C238 will fit their needs for lifting and carrying, they didn’t need all the horsepower to complete their tasks,” said Doran Herritt, product marketing manager for New Holland Construction. “Because of this feedback, we developed the C237 to have the same operating capacity of the C238 but with a 74-horsepower engine that does not require DEF.”
Aside from a 74-horsepower engine, the C237 model is 3,700-lb rated with an operating capacity at 50 percent tipping load.
Featuring a long track base of 64.5 inches with 17.7-inch wide tracks, New Holland says the C237 model also has a low ground pressure of 4.3 psi.
The bucket tip is stronger, according to the company, and can lift breakout forces of 7,360 lbs and 6,110 lbs respectively with 78-inch dirt and foundry bucket.
