Mean Green Mowers is proud to lead the charge on the electric mower revolution and its latest addition to the family is the ReVolt.
The ReVolt is an all-electric walk-behind commercial mower that has a deck size of either 48 or 52 inches.
“Tradition is great but it’s not in innovative business,” said Joe Conrad, president of Mean Green Mowers.
According to Mean Green, it boasts of the lowest center of gravity compared to current gas-powered walk-behinds thanks to its wide stance and battery packs being 8 inches above the ground.
This allows the ReVolt to hug slopes and lower concerns over loss of control. The ReVolt can use up to two battery packs, allowing commercial landscapers to have plenty of power throughout a full day of work.
With one battery, the ReVolt can mow for 3.25 hours with a 48-inch deck and 3 hours with a 52-inch deck. Two battery packs allow a 48-inch ReVolt to run for 7 hours and a 52-inch can run for 6.5 hours.
Mean Green’s batteries have a charging time that varies from four to 10 hours. The Lithium Energy Modules have a life of 6,000 to 9,000 mowing hours.
The ReVolt has a speed of seven mph hour and a peak horsepower of 24. The 48-inch model has a sound level of 76 decibels and the 52-inch has a sound level of 78 decibels.
Mean Green Mowers has been introducing its electric products since 2008. For more information on the ReVolt, click here.
