There are two size options for the HSC18 – 52 inch and 55 inch. The cutting blade, located in the bottom center, clocks in at 20 strokes per second and can be adjusted down to 2.5 inches. The integrated rear swivel wheel is built for turning ease and straight-line cutting.
Two engines are available: the 5-horsepower Honda GX160 or the 8-horsepower Honda GX240. The cutter accelerates to 4.7 mph. The vibration dampening system should minimize engine and blade vibrations for those larger sod projects. Knobby tread drive wheels are designed to eliminate dirt buildup.
