KIOTI Tractor showed off its new models at GIE+EXPO and has new offerings that can interest both commercial and residential landscapers.
With residential and small landscapers in mind, KIOTI expanded its CS Series of sub-compact tractors with the CS2210, which is capable of mowing, hauling, digging, tilling, plowing and snow blowing.
“Don’t let the size of these tractors fool you,” said Peter Dong Kyun Kim, president and CEO of Daedong-USA Inc., the parent company of KIOTI Tractor. “Although compact, they deliver a tremendous amount of power and strength.”
The CS2210 offers a 21.1-horsepower diesel engine that provides large power output while consuming less fuel, the company says. Users can select a number of attachments and the 6.4 inches of ground clearance enables operators to work on a variety of surfaces.
“With the introduction of the CS2210, KIOTI now has the sub-compact tractor for those looking for a powerful solution in the popular 18-22 HP range,” Kim said.
The CS2210 also comes with a number of enhancements, such as a streamlined hood for better visibility and an illuminated dashboard for the tachometer, fuel and temperature gauges.
For the commercial landscapers, the CK10 Series has four new models. The CK3510, CK3510H, CK4010, and CK4010H feature Tier 4 Daedong eco-friendly diesel engines that are quiet and have low vibration.
Two of the models have manual transmission and two have three-range hydrostatic transmission (HST). The HST models have dual pedal operation to reduce operator fatigue and also offer an optional linked pedal that synchronizes the HST pedal and the engine rpm to reduce fuel consumption.
The CK3510 and CK3510H have an engine power of 34.9 horsepower, while the CK4010 and CK4010H have 39.6-horsepower engines. The new models can use a KL4010 front-end loader, a 60- or 66-inch quick attach bucket, or a KB2475L backhoe.
“We’ve taken our popular CK10 Series and created four new models that keep performance and value in mind,” Kim said.
KIOTI is offering a six-year warranty for both the CS and the CK10 models, although the promotional period for the warranty expires Dec. 31, 2016. Find out more about the program here.
