The homeowners wanted a nice sitting area for adults and a garden area with entryway. The landscapers changed the garage into a cottage/play room for additional living space for the family. An area for adults to mingle and barbecue was added as well as Connecticut Bluestone Full Range pathways for family coin-tossing games. Uplighting added drama to giant black bamboo outside the dining room window. Price: $35,000-$40,000
