To help with the water scarcity and extreme drought states are facing, ETwater has launched a web service for creating an optimized irrigation plan for landscapes.
Property managers, owners and service personnel can maintain healthy landscapes using the minimum amount of water necessary.
Scheduled to be showcased at the Irrigation Show in Phoenix in November, ETwater is accessible through any web browser and no login, setup or training is required.
The irrigation plan can be created in four steps using an aerial view of the property.
After submitting the basic landscape details, an analysis of all the soil, plant, microclimate and other environmental information is automatically made.
This automatically produces a report specifying the precise amount of water necessary to maintain a site or landscapes most favorable plant health, which can be compared against actual water use and costs.
